Returns & Exchanges

All of our products are made to order and are produced specifically for each order, including hand-crafted and custom-made items. For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds. Size exchanges are accepted only.

If the size you received is not suitable, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a size exchange. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable customs fees. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during return shipping.

To be eligible for a size exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

Please note that made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind, style preference, or accidental ordering after the order has been placed.

 

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production begins. If you cancel your order before production begins, you will receive a full refund.

Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled. Orders also cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
