All the products are shipped from China. Shipping costs are determined by your destination country and are displayed at checkout.

All of our products are made to order. Dispatch times may vary depending on the product category:

• Ready-to-wear: 2–7 business days
• Handcrafted products: 3–15 business days
  

Any delays are beyond our control during transit. However, we are committed to resolving any issues that may arise.

Customs & Duties

International orders with delivery destinations outside of Mainland China may be subject to customs, duty fees, and taxes the customer will be liable to pay. We are not responsible for any parcels returned for unpaid fees and will not issue refunds under these circumstances.
