All the products are shipped from China. Shipping costs are determined by your destination country and are displayed at checkout.

Dispatch time might be different depending on the product category:

• Denim products: 5-10 business days
• Hand-crafted products：3-15 business days 
• Others: 1-5 business days

Any delays are beyond our control during transit. However, we are committed to resolving any issues that may arise.

Customs & Duties

International orders with delivery destinations outside of Mainland China may be subject to customs, duty fees, and taxes the customer will be liable to pay. We are not responsible for any parcels returned for unpaid fees and will not issue refunds under these circumstances.
